Who We Are
Lord Ganesha Innovations Private Limited is a Rajasthan-based organization dedicated to government-partnered skill development and livelihood promotion. Established with a mission to bridge the gap between untrained youth and meaningful employment, we have grown into a trusted partner of central and state government agencies.
Over the years, we have signed 13+ MoUs with agencies including RSLDC, and have successfully implemented programs under the Ministry of Textiles (Samarth Scheme), Jal Jeevan Mission, PMKVY, and RAJKViK, reaching 3,000+ beneficiaries across 44+ districts of Rajasthan.
Our team brings deep expertise in field coordination, beneficiary mobilization, compliance documentation, and placement support — ensuring every program we undertake delivers measurable impact.

Skill Training Programs
End-to-end management of government-approved skill training programs across multiple trades and sectors.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Mobilization, assessment, and certification of informal sector workers under PMKVY and other schemes.
Self Help Group (SHG) Formation
Formation, training, and management of SHGs in rural areas to promote collective livelihoods.
Field Coordination
On-ground coordination including beneficiary mobilization, field visits, and stakeholder communication.
Compliance & Documentation
Preparation and submission of reports, attendance records, and documentation as per government norms.
